A big thanks to Navneet and his team! The front desk ladies Raj, Halie, Hansa, and so many more! The rooms are kept immaculate and that's thanks to a lovely lady named Anhelina! I would highly recommend this location if your a professional or a team. I stayed for three weeks straight and will definitely stay again! Thanks guys!

I stay here almost weekly for work. The location is excellent for me being on the outskirts of the city, avoiding traffic and lights. The staff is amazing and very friendly and always makes sure to greet me and ensure my stay is comfortable. Raj at the front desk is very accommodating and amazing and always there if I need something. Rooms are always clean, towels on point and toiletries immaculate. 5 out 5 will stay here again

5/5 stay at this hotel. The staff were the friendliest I’ve ever come across. They were incredibly accommodating getting our groups rooms all moved to the same floor, as well as getting us checked in early. The hotel was bright, modern and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The best mistake I could have made. We came to Edmonton for my husband's training. I accidentally booked at this hotel instead of the one in Edmonton closer to his training. I was frustrated with myself and the 1-800 reservation desk for the miscommunication. Since I booked through the member program I was told I would be charged for the first night, this was to no fault of the hotel... from what I understood it couldn't be canceled. So we made the trip to an area I have never been before, St. ALBERT!!!!!. however when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by how beautifully up-to-date and clean the hotel was! The front end staff checked us in efficiently and we were on our way. The room was very clean and well lit. The rooms offer soft lighting and comfortable seating. The bed was dreamy and I slept like a baby. The next day I went for breakfast with my wild child in tow. We went down to the main lobby and the barn doors were opened to the most variety of a breakfast buffet you could imagine. I haven't seen that kind of breakfast at a hotel since pre-covid!!!! They had everything. Even cinnamon buns! (I didnt eat one,but they looked amazing) I mention my child because I had to ask the staff a million questions on his behalf. They even provided straws for his juice when they weren't readily available. And the staff searched for them, and did so without making me feel like a burden. Literally the only negative thing I would say about the breakfast is the recycling was hidden so people were throwing their recyclable milk cartons in the garbage (there is one there but behind the counter). As I mentioned, we were there for my husband's training. He was not available until 12 to drive us home so I requested a late check out thinking I would have to sit in the lobby and wait, BUT to top off the amazing service they gave us a 1pm check-out!!!!! Unreal!!!!! I have always been told 12 is the absolute latest by other hotels. Honestly, this has been the most comfortable and accommodating stay at any hotel I have ever been to. They even text you to make sure everything is going well!!! Best booking mistake I've ever made. If you find yourself in St. Albert, definitely book here.

The room we had was amazing. Bed was really comfy. The room was clean and the stand up shower was roomy and spacious. Staff was excellent, especially the room cleaners, always willing to help. I will be back. Kim Lauzon Aka Lauzy

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Spruce Grove. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was fresh and had plenty of options, which made mornings easy and enjoyable. Overall, it was a relaxing experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Perfect location when you are looking for a quick getaway to head north. Close to all amenities including restaurants, shops, and the big box stores like Costco. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and there is breakfast for all and hot drinks served all day. There is also a pool with a hot tub and waterslide. I'll be back next time.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in St. Albert and had a wonderful experience. They also accommodated my early check-in with no issues at all . Their friendliness and attentiveness really made me feel welcome. The rooms were bright, clean, and comfortable, with cozy beds that made for a great night’s sleep. The showers were spotless and modern, which I appreciated after a long day. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast. It wasn’t just a simple continental option — there was a wide variety of choices including muffins, toast, pancakes, eggs, sausages, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, and beverages like milk, juice, coffee, and tea. It was fresh, well-stocked, and definitely a great way to start the day. The location is also excellent — convenient yet peaceful, with very little noise so it was easy to relax. Overall, this hotel offers a combination of great service, cleanliness, comfort, and value. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting St. Albert and will happily stay again.
